Stop managing your walls.
Start dismantling them.
The book helps you name the beliefs keeping you stuck. Coaching helps you change them, working with the brain’s actual machinery, so the old wall stops running the show and the new belief becomes your default.

Insight is where most people stop. You can understand a wall completely and still live behind it. Change happens somewhere else.
By the time you’ve read a good book, you usually know what’s holding you back. But knowing rarely moves the wall, because the belief isn’t stored in the part of you that reads. It’s wired into the part of you that reacts.
That’s where coaching works. We use what we know about the brain (neuroplasticity, the nervous system’s threat response, and how beliefs get rehearsed into defaults) to change the wall at the level it actually lives. Not more willpower. Not more insight. Rewiring.
The book gave you the map. This is the work of walking it.
How we take
a wall down.
Every wall comes down the same four ways. We run this loop on one belief at a time until the change holds on its own.
Map the wall
Find the one load-bearing belief under the stuckness, and trace exactly where it shows up in your decisions, your body, and your calendar. You can’t dismantle what you can’t see clearly.
AwarenessInterrupt the pattern
The wall runs on an old threat response. We work with the nervous system to take the alarm out of it, so the belief stops firing automatically and, for the first time, becomes a choice.
RegulationInstall the pillar
A truer belief doesn’t stick because it’s true; it sticks because it’s rehearsed. We build the new pattern and repeat it with enough emotion and reps that the brain starts to treat it as the default.
RepatterningLive it
Change that stays in the session isn’t change. We integrate the new pillar into real decisions between sessions, with the accountability to make sure the wall doesn’t quietly rebuild itself.
IntegrationThis is for you if…
- You look successful on paper and feel stuck anyway.
- You’ve read the books and done the thinking, and you’re ready to actually change, not just understand.
- You’re facing a real decision: a career, a business, a life you keep almost making.
- You want a structured, honest process, not vague positivity.
It’s not for you if…
- You’re looking for therapy or treatment for a mental-health condition. That’s important work, and it’s a different room.
- You want someone to hand you motivation each week and nothing to change.
- You’re not ready to look at the belief underneath the busyness.

Steve Jones
I spent twenty-five years being very good at building someone else’s empire, until my body called it in with a stress-triggered heart event and a diagnosis called takotsubo cardiomyopathy. I’d understood my walls for years. Understanding them hadn’t moved a single one.
What finally worked wasn’t more insight; it was changing the beliefs at the level they were stored. I built The Unstuck Blueprint to name the walls, and this coaching to help people take them down for good. It’s the process I wish I’d had before the ambulance.
Good to know
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching is forward-looking work focused on a specific goal: taking down the beliefs keeping you stuck and building what’s next. It isn’t therapy, counselling, or medical treatment, and it isn’t a substitute for them. If something in your history needs a therapist’s room, I’ll say so and help you find the right support.
What does “neuroscience coaching” actually mean?
It means the approach is informed by how the brain forms, holds, and changes beliefs: neuroplasticity, the nervous system’s threat response, and the role of repetition and emotion in making a new pattern stick. In plain terms: we don’t just talk about the wall, we work in a way that helps your brain stop defaulting to it.
How is this different from just reading the book?
The book gives you the map: it names all five walls and the pillar that replaces each one. Coaching is the guided walk: personal, applied to your exact situation, with the pattern-interruption and accountability that turn “I understand this” into “I actually changed.”
Do I need to have read the book first?
No, but it helps: you’ll arrive already knowing the language of the walls and pillars, so we can spend our time on the work rather than the map. If you haven’t read it, grab the free chapter and start there.
